Ventilation and cooling of steel structure workshops

Since some machines in steel structure workshops generate heat and water vapor, if these heat and water vapor are not discharged in time, they will accumulate in the workshop, thereby increasing the temperature of the steel structure workshop and affecting the environment of the steel structure workshop. The solution to these problems is to ensure reasonable ventilation of the workshop and install an appropriate ventilation system. Forced cooling of steel structure workshops

Forced cooling means installing an air cooler on the roof of the workshop. It can keep the indoor temperature of the steel structure workshop at a comfortable temperature of 26-30℃. Its power consumption is equivalent to 1/8 of that of air conditioners. Insulation and cooling of steel structure workshops

Insulation of steel structure workshops can isolate most of the solar radiation and heat conduction, and reduce the greenhouse effect formed indoors. This greatly reduces the temperature of the workshop and improves the environment of the steel structure workshop. There are two commonly used methods:

1. Cover the roof of the steel structure workshop with insulation cotton. Generally, the insulation cotton used on the roof is glass wool. It can reflect 99.5% infrared rays and 92.5% visible light. The highest sound insulation effect is 68%, and the average sound insulation effect is more than 50%. Fireproof grade A, completely non-flammable. Non-toxic and safe, long-lasting and durable, with a service life of more than 15 years (for detailed introduction, please refer to the engineering material file). If this method is used, the construction is convenient, there is no damage to the original roof, and it can prevent the aging of the roof. The maximum temperature difference between the plate surface before and after construction can reach 20℃, the indoor temperature difference can reach 8-10℃, and the energy consumption of steel structure workshops can be sharply reduced by 30-70%.
