Multi-layer, multi-pass welding, worry-free for thick plates
For the thick plate structures commonly found in bridge diaphragms, Zhouxiang Robotics supports multi-layer, multi-pass welding processes. The system uses solid core welding wire, eliminating the need for manual slag removal, simplifying the workflow and improving efficiency. Combined with an intelligent arc tracking algorithm, it ensures welding accuracy within 1mm even when facing workpiece thermal deformation and complex weld seams.
