Full-Process Intelligent T-Bar Fabrication Production Line
This production line is dedicated to providing an integrated, full-process manufacturing solution for shipbuilding T-bar fabrication. Covering four key processes—panel edge chamfering, assembly, welding, and straightening—it enables continuous, stable, and efficient production from raw panel/web plate materials to finished T-bar structural components.

The core equipment of the production line includes: automatic panel/web plate loading devices, T-Bar panel edge chamfering machines, T-Bar automatic assembly and tack welding machines, T-Bar multi-electrode automatic welding machines (i.e., “T-Bar Multi-Head Gantry Welding Machines”), T-Bar straightening machines, transverse buffer storage systems, roller conveyors, turnover devices, and other auxiliary equipment.

Except for the panel and web plate loading processes, as well as the unloading of finished T-bars after straightening, which require crane handling, all other workpiece transfers throughout the production line are completed by automatic roller conveyors or transverse transfer mechanisms. This enables fully automated material flow across the entire line. The production line provides a one-stop solution to meet shipyards’ requirements for high-volume, high-quality, and stable T-Bar fabrication, delivering a Fully Automated T-Bar Fabrication Line for Smart Shipyards that helps users reduce costs, improve efficiency, and meet the future development needs of smart shipyard construction.
Intelligent Flat Panel Block Panel Joining and Welding Production Line
This production line integrates the complete process from steel plate panel assembly → front-side panel welding → automatic 180° panel turning → back-side weld seam gouging → back-side panel welding → CNC marking → longitudinal stiffener installation → longitudinal stiffener welding → back-gouging → reserved process station → finished-product discharge. It covers the entire workflow of flat panel block fabrication, from panel joining through longitudinal stiffener assembly and welding.

The production line addresses key industry challenges, including low fabrication accuracy, inefficient manual assembly, and inconsistent weld quality, enabling intelligent, seamless, and continuous production throughout the entire process.

In response to the current challenges facing the shipbuilding industry—including surging order volumes, insufficient production capacity, and low levels of automation—Zhoxiang has developed an Intelligent Welding Workstation for Sub-Assembly featuring a “One Master, Multiple Slaves” collaborative architecture.
The workstation integrates a range of core technologies, including 3D model import, intelligent path planning, high-precision laser seam positioning, dynamic collision avoidance, and adaptive parameter matching, achieving weld seam positioning accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm.
Equipped with Bochu’s teaching-free welding system, the workstation allows welding programs to be created once and repeatedly reused, eliminating reliance on manual teach programming. This significantly improves welding consistency, production efficiency, and first-pass yield.
