Welding positioner is widely used for welding and holding and assembling of complex work piece. It is an excellent assistance device for mechanical industry especially steel structure manufacturing industry such as small chemical vessel manufacturing. HBZ series welding positioner is composed of slewing gear of table, overturning gear of table, electrical control assembly and control box. It has beautiful appearance and compact structure. The positioner series consists of tilting type, head and tail rotary type, head and tail tilting type and other forms of positioner. The workpiece is in the best welding or assembly position by rotating and turning the worktable. It can be combined with other welding equipment into semi-automatic and automatic welding special machine. The rotating of the worktable uses frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
1.The rotatry of worktable adopts frequency control, it can rotate infinitely.
2.This welding positioner is with big tilting angle, tilting range is 0~120°.
3.For tilting, it adopts gear transmission, the gear is durable and has long service life after forging.
4.There’s concentric tick mark with T type slot, which is convenient for fixing the work-piece.
5.It can be equipped with wireless remote control box according to users’requirement, which is convenient for operation.
