CNC End Face Milling Machine
1.It adopts Guangzhou CNC DA98A AC servo system.
2.Milling range is 0~45°, the milling angle can be adjusted according to users’requirement.
3.This face milling machine is equipped with hydraulic worktable, so that it can position and clamp the work-piece.
4.The machine body is of welding structure, annealing treatment. It has the characteristic of high intensity, small deformation. The machine body rail, one is rectangle rail which has big capacity, and one is V-type rail which has high precision.
5.The slipway is casting steel structure which has good wear resistance. The slipway rail and machine body rail has good cooperation precision after grinding. Its moving adopts ball screw with high transmission precision.
6.The horizontal feed mechanism and elevating mechanism adopts frequency control double-speed motor, which is convenient to adjust the speed.
7.It adopts linear guiding rail with high precision and small friction factor.
8.This machine adopts centralized lubrication system, it can ensure that the wide distributed lubrication points can be lubricated well, and realize the purpose of good lubrication, reducing abrasion and prolong service life of the equipment.
9.The protective cover of guiding rail metal extendabletelescoped type protective cover, which is customized by professional manufacturers and has good sealing performance.
