H Beam 3 In 1 Machine
H beam assembly welding and straightening integral machine is a special machine which can make the H shape directly. It combines the working procedures of assembling machine, gantry welding machine, and straightening machine into one machine, which Significantly improved production efficiency, reduced equipment costs, and saved equipment installation space. Thus is a high-efficient machine for H-beam and T-beam production.
Function:
1.3 in 1 equipment, which integrates the processes completed by the assembly machine, gantry welding, and straightening machine into one equipment, has a compact structure, small footprint, and fewer operators, greatly improving welding efficiency.
2.Various kinds of welding type, it can use single arc single wire welding or single arc twinwireswelding according to users’ requirement; it also can use submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding.
3.Adopting active hydraulic straightening, the straighteningamount is adjustable and controllable, making it easy to control the straighteningamount.
4.The flange and webcentering device is driven by hydraulic motor. Automatic centering is achieved by driving the clamping wheel to neutralize the flange and web of the H beam through a turbine reducer, gear transmission, and screw and nut transmission.
5.It can form to assembly and welding unit or straightening unit separately.
6.Main transmission part adoptsmotor reducer driving, the assembly and welding speed adjustmentadopts AC variable frequency speed adjusting, the speed adjustable range is 0.35—3 m/min.
7.Input and output conveyrollersboth have driven power. Output roller also have hydraulic elevating function, it can support the H beam after welding.
8. Electric control box and operational panel are positioned separately, which is convenient for operation.
9.This machine adopts centralized lubrication system, it can ensure that the wide distributed lubrication points can be lubricated well, and realize the purpose of good lubrication, reducing abrasion and prolong service life of the equipment.
