Tilting Rotator
The tilting rotator is used to weld, polish and assemble the cylinder-shells, and to line the shells with rubber. It can be aligned by itself according to the size of the shell, it can be controlled with AC frequency converter,and the linear velocity is displayed by the digital. We also can design the customize various types of the welding rotator in accordance with the customers requirement.
1.Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. or D.C. motor (on request) drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
2.The inverter can realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
3.The steel structure rack is the loading rack, make the active of support welding turning roll to load the weight of work-piece and adjust the tilt angle, avoiding the drift of work-piece;
4.Heat treatment to main welding parts after welding; sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;
5.Upper surface of base is treated with fine machining;
